Report a problem
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or with a printing problem, contact support with your order number and clear photographs. We will review the order and discuss the available resolution.
Customized orders
Please check garment sizes, artwork and the proof carefully before approving production. Contact support about cancellation or changes as soon as possible; the available options depend on production progress.
Payment problems
If a payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, contact support before making another payment. Refunds require payment verification and will be confirmed by support.
